Map Run Therapy

My breakfast today! Wholemeal toast with olive oil spread, a cup of tea (of course in a hello kitty mug!) and a banana
Breakfast is one of the most important meals because it starts your day, that’s why it’s important to eat foods that will boost and sustain your energy levels such as bananas, oats, wholemeal bread and muesli :)

Do you mind me asking where you're from?

I’m from London :)

Trying to pick myself up today

*deep breath* I’ve got a busy day today, right let’s go :)

Hi guys, click on my blog and take a look around at my pages - I’ve finished editing them and added some new ones so feel free to check them out :)

I want a real relationship that’s going to mean something. I don’t want a guy that’ll magically sweep me off my feet and just sweet talk me…I want a guy who’s going to be there for me. I want someone who’s going to see all my flaws and still love me for who I am inside, not because they feel bad about them. And they’ll kiss me on the outside to try and make me feel better on the inside because that’s how much they care about me. I want someone who’ll stay  up with me late on tough nights when I’m crying and just hold me and care for me.

to the person who asked about mapping runs, two good websites that are specifically for measuring runs are mapmyrunDOTcom and gmap-pedometerDOTcom! the first one you have to sign up for (i think), but the second you don't :)

^^ Check that out!! :)

wildlikearider asked:
You're a Londoner? Who would have known bahaha. Do you know any websites to map out a run outside so you know how far you're running?

Oh, I thought it was really obvious haha! If you go on google maps, and then write up directions then if you put in ‘walking’ mode then you can see how long the distance is by foot, thats what i did with some of mine to structure my street running route for a mile :)

indigo-fox asked:
When I run I get terrible leg cramps and I can't carry on. I heard drinking water helps, do you drink water before or during your running? Do you have any other advise to prevent this? Hello from London! x

Hello, Im a fellow Londoner too! :) I carry a bottle of water when i’m out running, it’s good to keep myself hydrated when I’m running long distances. That happens to me sometimes, I just pause and stretch my leg muscles ( here’s a really good guide - http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_1/126.shtml )

also, if you have an aching feeling in your legs constantly, make sure you get enough protein in your diet and stretch regularly throughout the day, so your legs don’t cramp up :)

also, something i didn't have space to mention. depression ends eventually. its a terrible and hurtful journey, and even though it lingers for a while and is still there, you can beat it. something that's always helped me is knowing that time doesn't stop. no situation lasts forever, noone can control you forever, eventually everything runs out of time. i dont know why, but that always helps me. maybe it'll work for you? i dont know, i don't even know you, but i felt it was the least i could do

Thank you so much, you don’t know how much I needed to hear that today. You give me hope you know, thank you again

fmlenis asked:
i don't really know how long ive been following you, so im sorry i can't comment on how awesome your blog has always been. But, what i can comment on is that you run a magnificent blog, and every now and then i find myself smiling at the motivational things you post. I'm trying to lose weight and be healthy myself, and the fact that i love running makes a lot of your stuff relateable, and im glad i'm not the only one going through that kind of stuff. you're great, keep doing what you're doing :)

aww my eyes are tearing up, thank you so much - i appreciate ur support sooooo much :)

also, shout out to my dude followers! im sorry i dont post much stuff towards the guys, but im happy you benefit from it!! i dont know much about men’s fitness, but my brother is an expert on it so i’ll ask him for tips for you guys since i see i have some dude followers!

I always worry if the personal stuff I post is really pointless but im so happy it makes it relatable and its appreciated :) Thank you so much, and i will i keep it up too :) thanks again :)

I know people view him as like as just a rapper and a hip hop icon, but seriously I love Drake’s music. I always love listening to his music. I find him one of the most inspiring people; he’s real and honest in his lyrics about who he is. He has his imperfections and makes mistakes but he’s completely real with who he is. He inspires me to just be real with who I am and my emotions and never be ashamed of that.
